Joe Kaufman is running for the Republican nomination to challenge ultra-liberal DNC Chair and south Florida congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz. Last week he won the endorsement of former GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain.

Joe Kaufman, Candidate for United States Congress, was invited by Ralph Reed to speak at his Faith & Freedom Coalition Conference taking place in Washington, D.C. Kaufman’s speech followed Senator Marco Rubio’s, at the conference’s luncheon kick-off.

After receiving nothing short of a landslide of support from national GOP leaders, congressional candidate Joe Kaufman returned triumphantly from Washington, DC as the apparent frontrunner to unseat Debbie Wasserman Schultz in Florida’s 23rd District. Kaufman garnered enthusiastic support from former Presidential candidates Herman Cain, Speaker Newt Gingrich, Senator Rick Santorum and other Republican leaders.  

Kaufman was invited to speak in Washington, along with Senator Marco Rubio, at the kick-off luncheon of the Faith & Freedom Coalition conference, where he received a rousing round of applause.  

Herman Cain praises Congressional candidate Joe Kaufman as a “bold leader” Names Kaufman a Lieutenant in his organization’s Army of Davids   In a press release sent out by his group, Herman Cain, the immensely popular former Presidential hopeful, praised candidate Joe Kaufman and named him a Lieutenant in his Army of Davids. Kaufman is looking to unseat DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz in Florida’s Congressional District 23 election.

Kaufman, who previously served as the Broward co-chairman of the Steve Forbes for President campaign, was amongst the first in America to push for a National Flat Tax to replace the current income tax system. Kaufman sees the same potential in Herman Cain’s 9-9-9 tax reform plan.

Cain praised Kaufman as a “bold leader,” who is “not afraid to bring simple, common sense solutions to Washington.” His group, Cain’s Solutions Revolution, asked its followers to think about ways to support Kaufman and provided a link for them to donate to Kaufman’s campaign. Kaufman stated, “It is indeed an honor to be named to a position in Herman Cain’s Army of Davids. Herman Cain is one of the courageous few who have challenged America’s antiquated tax system, and I stand with him in making sure that bold initiatives such as his are enacted.”
